Privacy policy
What this website collects, and what happens to it.
Last updated 13 October 2026
The short version
This website does not have accounts, does not take payments, does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not send your details to any server of ours. Information only reaches Signet Agro when you choose to send a WhatsApp message.
Your order list
When you add products to your order list, the products, quantities, units and item notes are saved in your own browser (using browser storage) so the list survives page changes and refreshes. This stays on your device. You can delete it at any time by removing items, starting a new list, or clearing your browser's site data.
Your details in the order form
Your name, optional WhatsApp number, delivery location and notes are used only to write the WhatsApp message you see before sending. They are not stored by this website after you leave or refresh the page.
When you send a message on WhatsApp
Pressing Send order enquiry or Send on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. Nothing is sent until you press Send inside WhatsApp. Once sent, the message is received by Signet Agro and handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Signet Agro uses the information in your message to respond to your enquiry, confirm your order, arrange payment and delivery, and keep a record of orders. We do not sell your information.
Website hosting
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the website. Fonts and images are served from this website itself rather than from third-party services.
Contact us about your information
To ask about, correct or delete information you have sent us, contact Signet Agro using the contact details on our Contact page.
Changes
If the website starts collecting anything new, such as analytics or a contact form that sends email, this page will be updated first.
